We currently ship across Spain, the European Union, and selected international destinations.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• European Union: 10–14 business days
• International orders: 15–20 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and order value.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, Cattleya Jewelry is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country.
These charges must be paid by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
CATTLEYA JEWELRY is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
